The most recent are Thai Limeade, Tom Kar Soup, and Vegan Satay. They are certainly popular and worth introductions.
Tom Kar Soup is a traditional Thai soup containing a spicy coconut broth, typically simmered with chicken and shrimp chili paste. Patty created this vegan version with coconut milk and lime juice seasoned with lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, fresh vegetables, and cilantro. This is a creamy, sweet and sour flavored soup with a hint of spiciness. Don’t be surprised by the “ginger root” you see inside the soup! This shows you that we are using real ingredients.
