DOL SOT BI BIM BAP

Nut-free and gluten-free.

Korean Rice Bowl made with broccoli, smoked tofu, mung bean sprouts, spinach, zucchini, carrot, sliced mushroom, leek, and brown rice in a hot stone bowl. Served with spicy Korean soy sauce orgochujang.

ROASTED SESAME MISO RAMEN

Nut-free

This umami broth is made with our house-made dashi. Served with Japanese ramen wheat noodles and topped with crispy fresh tofu skin, lightly seasoned mung bean sprouts, and buttered corn. Garnished with roasted seaweed and scallions.

BURMESE NOODLE SALAD 

Soy-free. Can be gluten-free with Kya Xan Thoke rice noodles.

Hearty noodle salad with refreshing flavors and textures. Choice of Khauk Swe wheat noodles or Kya Zan rice noodles, cilantro, garlic, shredded cabbage, and carrots. Served with tamarind and lime oil dressing and garnished with fried shallots.

NOBLE BURGER

Nut-free

Our house-made burger patty (oat, brown rice, onion, and TVP*) is served with tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle, ketchup and our house-made mayo. 

Choice of side salad, potato fries, or sweet potato fries. Add our house-made vegan cheese. Add bacon

WALNUT SHRIMP

Crispy battered vegan shrimp tossed in house-made creamy sauce with toasted walnuts. Served with steamed broccoli and brown rice.

BANH MI

Nut-free

Vietnamese-style baguette sandwich with smoked TVP* and onions, house-made pickled daikon and carrots, cucumbers, jalapeno, and cilantro. 

Choice of our house-made mayo or spicy mayo.

CHANA POKE BOWL 

Nut-free, gluten-free, and sesame-free. Can be onion-free, garlic-free, and sugar-free without spicy mayo.

A traditional Hawaiian dish (a marinated raw fish salad). Our vegan version consists of Chana masala, marinated tomato, purple cabbage, avocado, and cucumber.

Choice of brown rice or quinoa.

SWEET & SOUR CAULIFLOWER

Nut-free and sesame-free. Can be gluten-free, onion-free, and garlic-free upon request.

Crispy cauliflower florets are tossed in a tang and sweet sauce. Served with red and green peppers, onions, and pineapples. Choice of brown rice or quinoa. Option for sautee cauliflower is available

Add Non-GMO soy protein for additional cost (not gluten-free).

KINGWICH

Nut-free.

Crispy fried mushroom sandwich. Organic King Trumpet mushrooms seasoned and coated with our chef’s secret recipe. Crispy outside and so juicy on the inside. Served with tomato and our house-made slaw. 

Choice of side salad, potato fries, or sweet potato fries.

GOLDEN YUBA FRIED RICE

Nut-free. Can be gluten-free, onion-free, garlic-free, and sesame-free upon request.

Stir fried brown rice with cabbage, carrots, broccoli, zucchini, and bean sprouts. lightly seasoned and served with crispy pan-fried Yuba (tofu skin) and garnished with special soy sauce and scallions.

RUN AWAY POTATO

Nut-free and sesame-free.

Spicy potato stew. A vegan version of traditional and nutritious Korean dish Gamjatang. Potatoes, carrots, leeks, mush-room chunks, and sliced TVP* with distinct flavors and spiciness. Served in a hot stone bowl with brown rice.

MUSHROOMS WONDERLAND 

Gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, sugar-free, and sesame-free.

Kale and broccoli sautéed with shiitake mushroom, king oyster mushroom, bunapi mushroom, onion, and garlic. Served with quinoa and garnished with cilantro. Extra spicy with our house-made chili upon request.

TOM KA NOODLES

Nut-free and sesame-free.

Traditional Thai noodle soup with a savory mild-spice coconut broth. Seasoned with lemongrass, lime juice, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Served with rice noodles, broccoli, carrots, baby corn, onions, mushrooms, and vegan shrimp. Garnished with cilantro.

GRACE’S TERIYAKI

Nut-free.

Traditional Japanese Teriyaki with a sweet glaze. Pan fried non-GMO soybean protein with special house-made teriyaki sauce. Served with brown rice and a side salad with Asian vinegar dressing. Nut-free.

GOLDEN BREEZE

Can be nut-free without peanuts.

Vietnamese-inspired noodle salad (Bun-rice vermicelli). Golden rolls and grilled TVP*, lettuce, cucumber, mint, mung bean sprouts, house-made fermented daikon and carrots. Garnished with peanuts. Special trait of Bun is an adequate sweet and sour taste of our house-made sauce.

SPICY B.B.Q.

Nut-free

TVP*, cabbage, green and red pepper, broccoli, ground ginger with our house-made Korean spicy sauce. Served with brown rice and green leaf lettuce.

KOREAN B.B.Q.

Nut-free. Can be onion-free, garlic-free, and sesame-free.

TVP*, broccoli, onion, and garlic. Served with brown rice and green leaf lettuce.

LAKSA

Nut-free, sesame-free, sugar-free without vegan shrimp.

Malaysian Spicy Noodle Soup. Choice of rice noodles or wheat noodles. Served with onions, green beans, tofu “pocket” and vegan shrimps**, in a coconut curry broth. Garnished with fried shallots.

HEAVENLY CURRY

Gluten-free, nut-free, sugar-free, soy-free, oil-free, and sesame-free.

House-made curry. Butternut squash, sweet potato, chickpea, lentils, coriander seeds, lemongrass, ginger, onion, garlic, turmeric, coconut milk, red peppers, and peas. Served with brown rice.

MAMA’S LOVE

Nut-free. Can be gluten-free, sesame-free, onion-free, garlic-free, and oil-free.

Cabbage, carrot, zucchini, broccoli, sweet potato noodles, red peppers, ginger, garlic, and mushrooms in a mild veggie broth. Served with brown rice.

CHOW MEIN

Nut-free. Can be onion-free, garlic-free, and sesame-free. Can also be gluten-free with rice noodles.

Malaysian style stir-fried wheat noodles with Bok choy, carrot, broccoli, zucchini, mung bean sprouts, and garlic.

Add vegan ham** and/or extra noodles

ROYAL PHO

Nut-free. Can be sugar-free, sesame-free, and gluten-free without Hoisin Sauce.

Traditional Au Lac Vietnamese noodle soup. Served with seasonal veggies, onion, mung bean sprouts, with our special house veggie broth. Garnished with Jalapenos and basil. Hoisin and Siracha on the side.

Add vegan ham*** and mushrooms (not soy-free, sugar-free or gluten-free).

KUNG PAO DING

Can be Nut-free without peanuts. Can also be onion and garlic-free.

Choice of fried tofu, king oyster mushroom, or non-GMO soybean protein in our house-made Kung Pao sauce. Sautéed with red pepper, green pepper, ginger, scallion, garlic, broccoli, peanuts, and hot chili. Served with brown rice.

*TVP = Low fat textured vegetable protein made from non-GMO soy flour. It serves as a good source of protein, fiber, and certain vitamins like B-12.

**Vegan shrimp = made with Konjac powder (konnyaku potato from Japan), vegetable root starch, vegetable seasoning, and paprika.

***Vegan Ham = made with non-GMO soybean protein and vegetables, mushroom seasoning, spices, black pepper, coriander, and basil powder.
