Agedashi Tofu Spring Special

It’s a special Easter weekend and we have something special too.

Agedashi Tofu – a popular Japanese appetizer in a sweet and savory ginger sauce.

It is a traditional Japanese tofu dish. Instead of the fish stock that the regular Agedashi Tofu made of, we use our house made mushroom stock. Super healthy and delicious.

Ronnie’s Rainbow Fried Rice – The name says it all.

Red pepper, orange carrots, yellow corns, green peas and bak choy, purple cabbage, with house-made turmeric lemongrass seasoning. Cashews and fried onion on top.
