This umami filled broth is made withour house-made dashi. Served with Japanese ramen wheat noodles,topped with crispy fresh tofu skin,lightly seasoned mung bean sprouts and buttered corn, garnished with roasted seaweed and scallions.

BURMESE NOODLE SALAD (Khauk Swe Thoke)

TOM KA NOODLES

Nut-free Sesame-free

A traditional Thai soup containing a little bit spicy coconut broth, limejuice, seasoned with lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves. Served with rice noodles, broccoli, carrots, baby corns, onions, mushroom and vegan shrimp, garnished with cilantro.

*TVP = Textured vegetable protein made from non GMO soy flour and is
very low in fat. It serves as a good source of protein, fiber and some vitamins, 
including Vitamin 8-12. 
**Vegan Shrimp= Made with Konjac powder (Konnyaku Potato from Japan), vegetable root starch, vegetable seasoning and paprika.
